Workshop Repair

All repairs include our 7 point service check, which includes:

• Adjust torsion rate and tension on ribbon clutches
• Clean and adjust printhead and platen roller
• Adjust tension on belts, motors and springs
• Clean and reset all electrical connections
• Adjust moving parts to factory specifications
• Print test label to ensure correct printer performance
• Clean inside and out of printer housing

On-site Repair

• OEM trained engineers
• Engineer equipped with spare parts to enable repair at first visit
• All work guaranteed for 90 days

Service Plans

On-site repair is available on 1 to 5 year annual contracts as well as on an ad-hoc basis.
